Refund policy

We strive to provide the most accurate representation of each artwork by using high-definition images and zoomed-in details. Additionally, we offer an artwork placement tool to help visualize how the piece will look in a room setting. We are committed to delivering the most accurate illustrations possible, ensuring you can confidently select the perfect artwork for your collection.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your artwork.

- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

Steps to Return an Item:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at sarah@artubuntu.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to safely return your artwork.

3. Packaging: Repack the artwork in its original packaging. Ensure that it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Shipping: Ship the artwork back to us using an international carrier with a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed minus 30% of the order value to handling fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
