His career gained momentum between 2017 and 2020 when he worked as a gallery anchor at Alexis Gallery in Lagos. This experience honed his aesthetic and led him to pursue studio painting full-time. His works are notable for their use of words and scribbled lines on canvas, paired with a thoughtfully selected color palette. These elements create striking contrasts and compelling narratives, often addressing social and personal concerns with a passion for freedom, originality, and emotional depth.
Olasunkanmi Oyelusi's talent has been showcased in several prestigious exhibitions, including "The Fate Exhibition" at Alexis Gallery in Nigeria and the "Sweet Color Exhibition" in Belgium.
